We provide automated financial guidance through Helena, our digital companion, alongside educational tools designed for women navigating major life changes including divorce, bereavement, and business ownership. Our service is for educational and informational purposes only.

Helena.finance does not provide regulated financial advice. Helena and our journey content offer general information about financial topics relevant to women's life changes. For personalised financial advice, consult an FCA-regulated adviser. We can help you find one near you.
3. Use of Our Service
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when using our tools and calculators
- Use the service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to manipulate or abuse Helena or our automated systems
- Not use automated systems to access the service excessively
4. Accounts
You may use Helena.finance anonymously with limited features. Creating an account allows you to save your plan, journey progress, and conversation history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
5. Automated Content
Helena generates responses based on general financial knowledge relevant to women's life changes. While we strive for accuracy, automated content may contain errors. Always verify important financial decisions with a qualified professional.
6. Intellectual Property
The Helena.finance platform, design, journey content, and tools are owned by us. Your personalised plans and conversation data belong to you.
7. Advisers
Financial advisers who subscribe to be listed in our directory do so under a separate Adviser Agreement, which covers the £40/month fee, the 12-month minimum term, exclusivity and referrals. These consumer Terms continue to apply to everyone's use of the site.
8. Limitation of Liability
Helena.finance is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on information from our service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
